The GANAS Career Internship Program places underrepresented, low-income, and/or Latine/x/a/o students in a paid internship situated in a high-demand field for two academic quarters. To further prepare students for their future careers, GANAS interns simultaneously participate in career readiness and financial literacy coaching alongside their internships. Our goal is to close the equity gap by creating meaningful opportunities for students and supporting them with career training for their next steps. One student will participate in a pre-determined project at Kaiser Permanente focused on community health and research.
