Santa Rosa is conveniently located 55 miles or one hour due north of San Francisco on US-101. You can fly directly into Sonoma County’s Charles M. Shultz Airport in north Santa Rosa from Seattle, Portland, LA, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix, and Las Vegas on Alaska Airlines or Allegiant Air. Santa Rosa is an hour and a half drive from both San Francisco and Oakland International Airports.

Sonoma County has some of the most pleasant weather you can imagine, and offers all the best features of Northern California — scenic coastline and beaches, the mystical Russian River, and magical redwood forests. Sonoma County is also the home of farm-to-table dining, many diverse festivals, fantastic farmers markets, scrumptious restaurants, and of course over 425 wineries!

Santa Rosa, with a population of nearly 180,000, is the county seat of Sonoma County and the largest city in the North Bay. Santa Rosa was recently ranked as fourth of the ten California cities listed in U.S. News and World Report’s ranking of “Best Places to Live,” and is an ideal location to cultivate work-life balance. Local attractions include Annadel State Park, Luther Burbank Home and Gardens, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, and the world-class Green Music Center.

At Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa, we are delighted and privileged to provide health care to the approximately 144,000 Kaiser Permanente members in the Santa Rosa area. Our goal is to provide the highest levels of quality and service available.
