At the Kaiser San Francisco Bay Area Foot and Ankle Residency Program, residents are expected to complete at least one quality manuscript during their three years of residency training. Additional manuscripts are strongly encouraged. With the guidance of knowledgeable and experienced attendings and the assistance of Kaiser Division of Research, research can be a very educational and rewarding experience.
