Website Update Form

Instructions & Guidelines

Word documents (.doc or .docx) are preferred. Please use track changes or highlight specific areas of the page in which changes have been made. Research / publication updates will be converted to PDF.

Timing considerations

Please allow two to four weeks for updates to be completed.

Things to consider

  • Site views peak August – October, and then again in January
  • Viewership is most active between 10am – 4pm
  • Faculty photos are pulled from mydoctoronline. If you want a different photo, please provide a JPG version.

Photo requirements

Please send the highest quality photos available. ALL photos must be in the (jpg) format.

Image Specifications
Headshots for Faculty Members and/or Residents/Alumni:
400 pixels wide X 480 pixels high

Program photos of residents:
Landscape: 1920 pixels X 1280 pixels
Portrait: 1280pixels x 1920 pixels

Note: If your images do not fit these exact specs try and get them close as possible to the above specifications. The goal is not to send images smaller than the specification at a lower quality.

      Document upload is required for all requests made to content that is a paragraph or greater. Simple requests to a faculty title or single sentence does not require a document upload. Word, Excel, and PDF accepted (word preferred). Only embed photos in word documents to show preferred placement. All new photos must be uploaded separately in the next section.
