Clinical Mentorship Program
Each fellow is paired with a dedicated faculty mentor of their choice who provides longitudinal guidance throughout training. Mentorship relationships focus on clinical development, wellness, scholarly activity, career planning, and professional growth.
Career Development
Fellows receive individualized support in career exploration, job searches, contract review preparation, interviewing skills, and leadership development. Faculty advisors work closely with trainees to identify opportunities aligned with their professional aspirations.
Networking Opportunities
Fellows benefit from connections throughout Kaiser Permanente Northern California, Kaiser Permanente Southern California, UCSF, regional specialty societies, and national pulmonary and critical care organizations. These relationships help support career exploration, scholarship, and future employment opportunities.
